Members can choose from a variety of dining experiences at the Santaluz Club. The dining area consists of three sections to appease every member. The Tavern is a uniquely casual bar and grill and the Grill Room is a casual fine dining room. They both allow nice denim jeans and walking/golf shorts Tuesday - Sunday even after 5pm. There is also a more formal setting in the Club Room that does not allow jeans or shorts at any time. You may also schedule use of the intimate Library that can seat up to 10 guests.
The Santaluz Club would like to announce the appointment of their new Executive Chef, Jeffrey Bonisa as of March 2010.
Chef Jeff comes to The Santaluz Club from the Coto de Caza Golf and Racquet Club, where he has served as Executive Chef since 2004. He earned a strong reputation for his creative culinary style and his earnest desire to serve the Membership. Jeff is looking forward to developing new menus, enhancing the amazing social events, and being a part of the Santaluz Club team.
