Chef Eric has over 27 years culinary experience. He is a native of Paris and trained at the Mederic Cooking School Academy of Paris. His exceptional culinary experience has been demonstrated at Hotel Sofitel in Paris, Ritz Carlton Palm Springs, San Diego Hyatt Regency and Le Meridien San Diego in Coronado.
